Semi-dry chokeberry wine

Chokeberry wine produced using a traditional fermentation method from fresh, plump chokeberry berries. Developed and tested by VIN-KON S.A. the recipe brings out a unique bouquet and original flavor from the fruit. Chokeberry berries are an excellent source of many valuable active substances (anthocyanins), vitamins (C, B2, B6, PP, P, E, carotene, i.e. provitamin A), microelements (molybdenum, manganese, copper, boron, iodine, cobalt) and fiber. and pectins that facilitate the functioning of the digestive system and remove toxins from the body. All these ingredients support our immune system. Anthocyanins, like vitamins C, E and A, delay the aging process by capturing and neutralizing free radicals. The presence of polyphenols in chokeberry fruits and strong antioxidant properties, confirmed by research of the Medical University of Warsaw, have a positive effect on the human body.

Semi-dry Elderberry wine

Perfect semi-dry wine was made from ripe elderberries. Thanks to traditional fermentation, we have created a drink with a unique taste. The properties of black fruit have been known for a long time. The most important ones include diaphoretic, antipyretic, analgesic and detoxifying effects. The fruit is usually used to make decoctions used to treat migraines, neuralgia, rheumatic and neurological diseases, and, thanks to their detoxifying properties, also for metabolic disorders. Elderberry extracts also have a weak analgesic effect. They can be used to wash the mouth after tooth extraction and in case of facial nerve paralysis. In 2013 Elderberry wine has been awarded the Discover Good Food mark in the program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Dry pear wine

Ripe pear fruit produces an excellent dry wine with a mild taste. Thanks to traditional fermentation, we have created a drink with a unique taste. The properties and values ​​of pear have been appreciated for centuries. Pear fruits are one of the few fruits that contain iodine, which has a positive effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland. They also contain boron, which supports the functioning of gray cells and improves concentration. In addition, pears prevent the development of hypertension. Of all the mineral elements, they contain the most potassium, which lowers blood pressure.

Sweet/Semi-sweet

Cherry wine is a power of tradition extracted from orchards in Greater Poland. The captivating taste of seductive cherry has been transformed into a ruby ​​aromatic drink. Cherry fruits contain a lot of organic acids, especially malic, citric and oxalic acid. Fructose and glucose dominate among carbohydrates, occurring in small amounts. The fruit owes its sour-tart flavor to tannins. Among the various vitamins found in cherries, the first place is taken by vitamins C and PP, and it is also worth noting the presence of B vitamins. Recommended for heart and circulatory diseases, liver and kidney diseases, the more sour varieties of cherries have a beneficial effect, which also improve appetite and regulate digestion.
